WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?

I discovered Pilates many years ago as a regular part of my training for my career as a dancer. It has accompanied me consistently as a supportive and grounding practice alongside my artistic work. 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?

I love that Pilates can be both delicate and highly effective. It offers a thoughtful and intelligent way of moving the body, building up strength, mobility, awareness and so much more!

 

WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?

Teaching allows me to guide people on a meaningful and ongoing journey of self-care and movement essentials, regardless of their individual goals or backgrounds.

 

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?

My teaching focuses on clarity, precision, and embodied understanding. I aim to create a supportive space where participants can connect deeply to their bodies, build trust in their movement, and develop sustainable strength.
