How did you get into Pilates?

I started my Pilates journey after my pregnancy as part of my recovery and quickly noticed how much it helped me to feel good again in my body. I instantly fell in love with the Reformer because it’s so versatile and supports every exercise in such a targeted way.

 

What do you like about Pilates?

I love that Pilates combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It strengthens the body from the inside out and helps me feel more connected to myself. For me, Pilates is the perfect all-round package – the ideal connection of Body & Mind.

 

Why did you become a Pilates trainer?

I wanted to help others experience this amazing feeling and feel good in their own bodies. It’s important to me to show that Pilates is for everyone – no matter the age or fitness level. Everyone can benefit from it.

 

What is special about your Pilates teaching style?

My classes are mindful, precise, and personal – with a focus on body awareness, technique, and overall well-being, whether on the mat or the Reformer.
