How did you get into Pilates?

After recurring injury breaks caused by high-impact sports, I discovered Pilates – and with it, a new, more mindful connection to my body.

 

What do you like about Pilates?

I’m fascinated by the holistic way it engages the body – mindful, functional, and far beyond conventional fitness training.

 

Why did you become a Pilates trainer?

I value the opportunity to share the holistic benefits of Pilates and to guide people toward improved posture and greater body awareness.

 

What is special about your Pilates teaching style?

I focus on clear cues, mindful corrections, and individual adaptations so that everyone can progress at their own pace.
