How did you get into Pilates?
My path to Pilates began after many years in professional ballet. Even back then, I was fascinated by the combination of controlled movement, body awareness, and inner calm. When I discovered Pilates for myself, I immediately felt that it gave me the same depth, centering, and clarity that I knew from dancing, while strengthening my body without overloading it.
What do you like about Pilates?
I love the special combination of intense strength work and subtle, precise movement. Pilates challenges both body and mind, and this blend of focus, elegance, and strength gives me a sense of balance and lightness.
Why did you become a Pilates trainer?
Becoming an instructor was a natural step for me. I wanted to share my passion and create a space where people can breathe, arrive, and find strength, an escape from the hectic rhythm of everyday life. Pilates is more than training for me; it is a moment of self-care that I want to pass on.
What is special about your Pilates teaching style?
My classes combine clear structure with playful intensity. I focus on using the body’s own strength consciously instead of working against it. My sessions are challenging, yet mindful. The emphasis is on technique, stability, and a flowing sense of movement.
