How did you get into Pilates?
In 2021, I had my first trial lesson at Citypilates. I was hooked right from the start. During my several-month trip through Australia, I pursued this newfound passion and was able to take lessons at some leading studios. Since then, I couldn't imagine a workout routine without Pilates.
What do you like about Pilates?
Everything! I love the balance between dynamism and relaxation, strength and flexibility, coordinated and intuitive movements. After a Pilates class, I feel so calm and yet strengthened like no other workout.

What is special about your Pilates teaching style?
A good flow—so that a class feels like 10 minutes. A holistic approach is important to me, where we strengthen the whole body in every workout, find peace, but still challenge ourselves with difficult exercises. Most importantly, though, everyone should have fun.
