How did you get into Pilates?
I discovered Pilates through my work as a fitness trainer. Since 2021, I’ve been working in this field and realized during many client sessions how essential it is to strengthen the core and deep muscles alongside traditional strength and weight training.
What do you like about Pilates?
I love the precise, controlled movements combined with dynamic impulses – breath and movement in harmony, body and mind in focus.
Why did you become a Pilates trainer?
Pilates is a popular method that strengthens both body and mind and offers a fulfilling way to help others improve their health and well-being.
I love being able to share the joy of movement – whether someone’s goal is health, fitness, or simply more balance in everyday life.
This passion and the awareness of how important a strong, conscious body is inspired me to complete my Pilates education.
What is special about your Pilates teaching style?
In my classes, I combine strength, control, and mindfulness. I focus on proper technique, a positive and motivating atmosphere, and ensuring everyone feels comfortable – no matter their fitness level.
