In our Barre training, we blend ballet, Pilates, and yoga into a dynamic workout. With energizing music, you'll train strength, flexibility, and posture. Each precise movement at the barre improves your balance and body control. Barre training not only shapes your body but also brings joy and motivates you to push your limits.

 

Level: suitable for all levels. 

Group size: maximum of 8 participants.
