WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?
I have tried so many different types of exercises but nothing that I could follow for more than 2 months. As I was looking for the perfect combination of body and mindful workout, when I tried Pilates for the first time it was a love at first sight. Ever since, I was fully committed to it as nothing can compare to the feeling that I have after every single Pilates session.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?
I like the fact that not only Pilates makes you feel stronger but also challenges you mentally. It is a hollistic exercise that strengthens your deep muscles but also sharpens your mind.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?
I simply wanted to pass to whoever comes to my classes the great feeling that I have after every single Pilates session. Also, I love the interaction with people and helping them achieve the goal everyone sets.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?
I really like a good flow in my classes and of course try to always make every session interesting. My personal goal is to create feelings to every single participant that comes to practise Pilates. If I achieve that, then I am more than happy and fulfilled.
