WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?

I began practicing Pilates consistently during a period of significant changes in my life, including my third pregnancy and moving to Switzerland. It was in this period that I really discovered the incredible benefits it offered for balancing both my body and mind.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?

I love the deep connection between mind and body that Pilates fosters. The body awareness that Pilates creates allows me to perform exercises more correctly and effectively, leading to better workout performance and improving.

 

WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?

I became an instructor to share the benefits I experienced with as many people as possible, helping them achieve well-being in their daily lives.

 

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?

My lessons focus on working out the entire body while respecting its anatomical structure. By strengthening the muscular system in the proper way, I aim to help everyone achieve the body balance necessary to feel and live better.
