Biography of Julie Labelle

"I've been practicing my profession with passion for over 20 years now!

My curiosity leads me to constantly search for new tools to offer my customers a path to better health.

My fascination with the human body began with dance, Pilates, massage and osteopathy.

I created my first training course, Wellness of the massage therapist, when I was still studying massage over 20 years ago,

to help my colleagues stay injury-free and work longer and healthier.

The Postures and movements at work training course was developed at the request of the general population.

As people are looking for solutions, I developed this training for all those who are concerned about their health,

and in particular for companies, dental care professionals, movement therapists, manual therapists

and health professionals in general.

My training courses are offered online, in companies, in Pilates and Yoga studios in Quebec and internationally. »
