WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?

Curiosity made me book my first class. After the first five minutes on a Reformer, I was hooked!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?

Initially I was amazed by the “quality over quantity” aspect (a welcome change from activities I tried before), and the fact that even the smallest variation in a movement can open a door into something new.

I love the focus on form and alignment, how quickly it improves posture and balance, and how it can truly be done by and benefit anyone.

I also give Pilates huge credits for helping me pull through some difficult times in my life both physically and mentally. That was the ultimate confirmation that it was officially in my life to stay!

WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?

At first I was interested in learning more about Pilates: the anatomy, its inception and evolution and that’s why I enrolled to teacher training.

When I taught my first class, I was blown away but how much I loved it: being with people, doing something amazing together, and seeing the smiles afterwards.

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?

I love creating a nice flow to ensure constant movement throughout the class and to throw some laughter in the pot.
