Trainerin bei CITYPILATES
WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?
As a physio, I was always looking for methods that go beyond traditional exercises. When I discovered Pilates, I realized how powerful it is not only for rehab but also for building strength and preventing injuries.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?
What I like most about Pilates is that it works for everyone. It can be gentle and therapeutic, or very challenging and athletic
WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?
I became a Pilates teacher because I love how it helps people feel stronger and more connected to their bodies. It’s rewarding to guide the people and watch them progress. For many years I have been using Pilates exercises in my clinical work, so I loved the idea of also teaching.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?
My teaching is the mix of energy, humor, and a positive atmosphere.
I focus on correct movement while making the training enjoyable, so every session feels good and empowering.
