Reformer PILATES Small groups
The Pilates Reformer is the heart of Joseph H. Pilates training. Thanks to its spring mechanism it enables a unique quality of posture and movement. On the Reformer, imbalances can be balanced out and the body is strengthened and stretched evenly.
With over 500 different exercises, the whole body can be trained in a supple, powerful, efficient and yet individual way. With the movable seat and lying surfaces, training with the Reformer is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This training reaches especially deep-lying muscle layers without overloading the beginnings of the muscles and tendons, which is especially optimal for rehabilitation.
Moreover, the training is really fun - potential to become addicted to it!
Because of the current corona protection measures, Reformer Pilates groups are offered as follows:
Max. Number of participants of four persons
Distance between them of 2m
No tactile support from the trainers
Entry with Reformer- half-year and yearly- subscription or Reformer single entry, we are of course still grateful for any financial support.
(cannot be offered at the moment)
The Pilates Reformer is the central equipment in our trainings based on the method of Joseph H. Pilates.
With a huge variety of exercises the whole body is trained in strength, length and core stability. The Reformer workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Especially the controlled movement and the involvement of the deeper muscle layers make it an ideal rehabilitation training.
Addiction potential is guaranteed.
