Reformer PILATES
The Pilates Reformer is the central equipment in our trainings based on the method of Joseph H. Pilates.
With a huge variety of exercises the whole body is trained in strength, length and core stability. The Reformer workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Especially the controlled movement and the involvement of the deeper muscle layers make it an ideal rehabilitation training.
Addiction potential is guaranteed.

Matwork PILATES
(currently only online)
The efficient and dynamic matwork strengthens, stretches and mobilizes your body. The training is enhanced with the use of tool such as foam roller, softball, theraband, magic circle and weights.
Coordinated movement and breath will help you to feel centered and strong.
