We do Pilates to keep our bodies healthy and strong so why not exercise the muscles in our face too?
In this 90 minutes workshop, Dalia combines the muscle lengthening, core targeting and movement you love about Pilates with her favorite face exercises to help you release tension in your face. Be prepared to do Pilates and feel empowered with a more youthful and healthy glow on your face.
What you will need: Bring your favorite serum, oil or face moisturizer to be able to glide your fingers on your face as well as a small face towel.
