HERE HOW IT WORKS:

All our team members have chosen 1 Pilates exercise, which we want to work on over the next 4 weeks. Each of us will implement the chosen exercise in our online classes and will also give and get support from the other team members. And of course we would also love to share this journey with you and  help you grow.

We will then implement movements into our online trainings to help you improve.
