Sheila ViTALE

Trainer at CITYPILATES

How did you get into Pilates?

I had set myself sports goals (Crossfit) and trained intensively accordingly. I didn't pay any attention to my body for a long time until I injured my lower back. Doctors and therapists told me that I should try Pilates. I didn't like the idea at all at first. Until I attended my first refomer class with Pat at Citypilates. It was love at first sight.

What do you like about Pilates?

The great feeling of mindfulness and the connection between mind, body and soul.

Why did you become a Pilates trainer?

Various events have prompted me to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with other people.

What is special about your Pilates teaching style?

Thanks to my sports experience in dance, martial arts, crossfit and my experience as a coach, I have a nice toolbox that allows me to organize the lessons in a variety of ways.
