MAHTAB TAIE
Trainer at CITYPILATES
WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?
I booked my first ever class on a reformer at Citypilates to try a new form of exercise and immediately fell in love with Pilates.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?
After my first endometriosis surgery a few years ago, Pilates was the first form of movement that allowed me to exercise without experiencing further pain. I continued my practice and further developed my interest to the point of qualifying as a teacher so I can share my passion with others. My body feels much stronger when I practice Pilates and every person can benefit. There is a session for everyone; from the beginner to the more experienced, from those who like to be challenged to those who just wish to feel refreshed.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?
Once I felt the benefits of Pilates I wanted to deepen my knowledge and share my passion with others to help them achieve their goals. Whether it's gaining core and overall strength, flexibility or staying fit when other forms of exercise are not possible.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?
I like to keep my classes challenging and varied, keeping in mind that everyone has different abilities, bodies and goals.
