ALEXANDRA BRUX
Trainer at CITYPILATES
How did you get into Pilates?
Back when I was studying, I was looking for a workout that challenged me physically but allowed me to calm down mentally.
A colleague then took me to a mat class. I was hooked from the start.
What do you like about Pilates?
On the one hand, Pilates is a gentle and at the same time very efficient training method. Secondly, Pilates not only exists as an independent workout, but can also be wonderfully combined with other sports.
Why did you become a Pilates trainer?
I simply wanted to know more and delve even deeper into this method. I really wanted to pass on this great feeling that you get from regular Pilates training.
What is special about your Pilates teaching style?
Variety and a good atmosphere are very important to me.
The Pilates method offers so many possibilities and never gets boring, no matter what level you train at.
I really enjoy training and I try to pass this on to the participants in my classes.
