Trainer at CITYPILATES
What brought you to pilates?
I discovered Pilates during my time I studied in London. I've started in 2013 with Reformer group classes followed by mat workouts. During my semester break back in Switzerland, my boyfriends pilates-addicted family inspired me with their enthusiasm even more.
What do you like about it?
That the method requires a lot of body control without being rigid. In addition I appreciate that the training not only enhances toned abdominal muscles, but also improves posture and well-being.
Why did you become an instructor?
I was fascinated by the holistic approach of the training, its long tradition and the fast results that I wanted to know more. I hope to be able to share my enthusiasm to the participants in my class with my newly gained knowledge.
Whats special about your way of teaching?
My goal is to create a calm, positive atmosphere in teaching that allows you to totally focus on your body and mind. But that does not exclude a few drops on sweat...
